Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggnog, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
- For the crumb topping, mix brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and melted butter in a separate bowl until crumbly.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle half of the crumb topping on top. Add the remaining batter followed by the rest of the crumb topping. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
