- 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

Filling
- ½ cup strawberry jam or strawberry preserves
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extrac
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5–7 minutes until foamy.
- Add egg and melted butter, mixing well.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1½ hours until doubled.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread strawberry jam evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22–25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk glaze ingredients together and drizzle over warm rolls before serving
