- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a heart-shaped pan with parchment paper or grease well.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or sprinkles.
- Press dough evenly into prepared heart-shaped pan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are set and center is soft.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Prepare frosting by beating all frosting ingredients until smooth and decorate as desired.
