Description

Instructions

1. Place chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
2.Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
3.Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
4.Stir gently until smooth and glossy.
