Description

Valentine High Protein Greek Yogurt Bites are creamy, refreshing frozen treats made with protein-packed Greek yogurt and sweet Valentine-inspired mix-ins. Light, healthy, and perfectly portioned, these bites are ideal for a guilt-free Valentine’s snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: pink sprinkles or freeze-dried strawberry powder

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
