Valentine Chocolate Covered Strawberry Kabobs are a fun and romantic twist on classic chocolate-covered strawberries. Fresh juicy strawberries are dipped in smooth melted chocolate and skewered for a beautiful, shareable Valentine’s Day treat.

- 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and completely dried
- 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 oz white chocolate (optional, for drizzle)
- Wooden skewers
- Optional: pink sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Insert strawberries onto wooden skewers (3–4 per skewer).
- Melt semi-sweet or dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, coating about ¾ of each berry.
- Place dipped kabobs on prepared baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate if using and drizzle over strawberries.
- Add sprinkles or toppings before chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is firm.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature
