Description

Valentine Chocolate Covered Strawberry Kabobs are a fun and romantic twist on classic chocolate-covered strawberries. Fresh juicy strawberries are dipped in smooth melted chocolate and skewered for a beautiful, shareable Valentine’s Day treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and completely dried
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 4 oz white chocolate (optional, for drizzle)
  • Wooden skewers
  • Optional: pink sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Insert strawberries onto wooden skewers (3–4 per skewer).
  3. Melt semi-sweet or dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, coating about ¾ of each berry.
  5. Place dipped kabobs on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Melt white chocolate if using and drizzle over strawberries.
  7. Add sprinkles or toppings before chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is firm.
  9. Serve chilled or at room temperature
