  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough onto the prepared baking sheet and pinch seams together to form a circle.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly over half of the dough circle.
  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the top with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
