Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, and sugar; let sit while preparing the crust.
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly; reserve one cup of this mixture for topping.
- Press remaining crumbs into the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour the fruit filling over it and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool completely before slicing.
