  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey (or maple syrup), melted oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
