  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions.
  3. Once cooked, combine sushi rice with rice vinegar in a bowl.
