Instructions
- Rinse quinoa under cold water in a fine-mesh strainer.

- Stir in diced carrots and cook until slightly softened.
- Add cumin and cinnamon; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix in rinsed quinoa and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let sit covered for another 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
