  • 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp (about 8 oz)
  • 1 cup green cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 10 gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine chopped cabbage, shrimp (chopped), garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil; mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Place about one tablespoon of filling on each gyoza wrapper. Wet edges with water, fold into half-moon shapes, and pinch to seal.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry gyoza until golden brown (3-4 minutes). Add water (¼ cup), cover, and steam for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
  5. 5. For the dipping sauce, mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl.
