  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ground beef, parsley, Parmesan, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
