  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim chicken breasts and cut into tender-sized strips.
