- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- ¼ cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim chicken breasts and cut into tender-sized strips.
