- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup canned cranberry sauce (divided)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and half of the cranberry sauce until well combined.
- Form the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together the remaining cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and honey (or brown sugar) until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm with additional sauce if desired.
