Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
- For the topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nuts (if using), and cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan; sprinkle with half of the streusel topping. Repeat layering with remaining batter and topping.
