Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth; spread over cooled bars.
