Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
- 1 cup sweet onions, diced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips and chop the bell peppers and onions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Push veggies aside and add the ribeye strips to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
- In another non-stick skillet, place one tortilla flat, sprinkle half with provolone cheese, top with half of the steak mixture, and fold.
- Grill on medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 2 minutes each side). Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream.
