  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 loaf brioche bread, cubed (about 12 cups)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
