Description

Mini Grilled Cheese Hearts are adorable, crispy little sandwiches with gooey melted cheese inside. Cut into heart shapes, these fun mini grilled cheeses are perfect for Valentine’s Day lunches, parties, or kid-friendly meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese

Instructions

  1. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut heart shapes from each slice of bread.
  2. Butter one side of each bread heart.
  3. Place cheese between two bread hearts, buttered sides facing out.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook sandwiches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet and serve warm.
