Instructions
- Slice the yellow onions paper-thin and set aside.
- In the Instant Pot on 'Sauté' mode, heat oil and sear each side of the chuck roast until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes per side).

- Return the chuck roast to the pot, pour remaining broth over it, secure the lid, and pressure cook on high for 60 minutes.
- Allow natural release for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding the roast. Serve over toasted baguette slices topped with Gruyère cheese.
