  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup colorful sprinkles (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
