Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta cools, chop the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, and red onion; combine in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture and pour in the dressing. Toss gently to coat evenly.
