  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
