  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the ground beef until no pink remains (about 5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
