- 1 prepared pizza dough
- ½ cup pesto sauce or spinach herb sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup zucchini, thinly sliced
- ½ cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
- ½ cup spinach or arugula
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with zucchini, broccoli, green bell pepper, and spinach.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer pizza to the hot baking surface.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with Parmesan or fresh basil if desired, slice, and serve.
