Description

Garlic Butter Parmesan Roasted Potatoes are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and tossed in rich garlic butter and savory Parmesan cheese. Simple, comforting, and irresistibly flavorful, these roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

• 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

•3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

•2 tablespoons olive oil

•4 cloves garlic, minced

•½ teaspoon salt

•½ teaspoon black pepper

•1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

•½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

•Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, toss potatoes with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3.Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4.Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
5.Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6.Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts.
7.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
