  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, egg, and green onions. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Form mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.

  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, and cornstarch until thickened (about 3 minutes).
