  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 package (6 oz) seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, placing them in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, celery, and stuffing mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
