- 1 cup dill pickle slices, patted dry
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit for 5–7 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking pan with olive oil.
- Press dough into the pan, dimpling with fingers.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Top evenly with dill pickle slices and fresh dill.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
