  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (soaked)
  • Zest of 1 large orange

Instructions

  1. 1. Activate Yeast: Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Mix Dough: In a large bowl, whisk flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter; stir until combined.
  3. 3. Knead: Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 5-8 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. First Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
