  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and roll out on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut each sheet into triangles and arrange them in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping edges slightly.
  4. In a bowl, mix dried cranberries, crumbled feta, and chopped rosemary. Spread the mixture over the center of the wreath.
  5. Fold the triangle tips over the filling to seal it in. Whisk together egg and water; brush generously over the wreath.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
