  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the batter in the prepared dish, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then dollop remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. For the glaze, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  8. Drizzle glaze over cooled bars before cutting into squares.
