  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
