  • 1 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in the mango pulp until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the mango mixture until just combined.

  5. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with lime juice until smooth, then drizzle over cooled bars.
