  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time while mixing well.
  4. Mix in sour cream until smooth. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. For the streusel topping, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
  6. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the streusel topping, add remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the streusel.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; let cool slightly before serving.
