  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.

  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread Nutella evenly over the surface and sprinkle cocoa powder.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log. Cut it lengthwise and twist together before placing in a greased loaf pan.
