  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
  • ½ cup salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Boil chicken breasts in water for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred using two forks.
