- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber (grated, excess water squeezed out)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and marinate in the mixture for at least one hour in the fridge.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers. Optionally add cherry tomatoes or bell peppers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- While grilling, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare tzatziki sauce.
- Serve grilled chicken with tzatziki sauce drizzled on top.
