- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–24 pepperoni slices
- ½ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 16 equal squares.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella and 1–2 pepperoni slices in the center of each square.
- Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams tightly to form a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the mixture over each pizza bomb and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
