Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized, golden-brown snacks filled with gooey mozzarella and classic pepperoni. Perfect for parties, game day, or an easy appetizer, these pizza bombs deliver big pizza flavor in every bite.

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2024 pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 16 equal squares.
  3. Place a small amount of mozzarella and 1–2 pepperoni slices in the center of each square.
  4. Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams tightly to form a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the mixture over each pizza bomb and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
  8. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
