Description

Buttery Steak Tortellini is a luxurious dish that perfectly marries tender steak with creamy tortellini in a rich, buttery sauce. Ideal for cozy evenings or special gatherings, this recipe transforms simple ingredients into an extraordinary dining experience. Each bite delivers a delightful blend of flavors and textures, making it a go-to choice for impressing guests or treating yourself after a long week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cheese-filled tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about three minutes on each side until browned but still pink inside. Remove from heat and let rest.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter, then minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about one minute). Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Slice the rested steak into bite-sized pieces and add it along with cooked tortellini to the skillet. Gently toss to coat everything in the buttery sauce.
  5. 5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
