  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices provolone or cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil enough water to cover the chicken breasts. Add the chicken and simmer for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken, allow it to cool slightly, then shred it with two forks.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter until well-coated.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing a scoop of buffalo chicken mixture on each bun base followed by a slice of cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
  6. Arrange sliders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are slightly toasted.
