  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for stir-frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the vegetables.
  2. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a splash of sesame oil.
  3. In a hot wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil and stir-fry beef strips for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-fry bell peppers, carrots, and green onions for about 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return beef to the wok, add noodles and sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce). Toss well to coat.
