- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the vegetables.
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a splash of sesame oil.
- In a hot wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil and stir-fry beef strips for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry bell peppers, carrots, and green onions for about 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the wok, add noodles and sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce). Toss well to coat.
- Serve hot with extra sesame oil and green onions as garnish.
