Description

Beef Club Sandwiches are a delectable blend of savory roast beef, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables, all layered between golden, toasted bread. This satisfying sandwich is perfect for lunch or casual gatherings, delivering a burst of flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, washed and dried
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  2. Toast the whole wheat bread until golden brown.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Layer lettuce, roast beef, bacon, and tomato on the first slice.
  4. Top with another slice of bread and repeat layering if desired. Finish with the final slice of bread.
  5. Cut diagonally into quarters and secure with toothpicks if needed. Serve immediately.
